When you hire personnel through MM Bemanding, we put together a setup that fits your daily operations on site:
Thorough screening before start
Every worker is vetted professionally and personally so their practical experience matches your assignment.
Tools, workwear, and safety gear
We tailor the agreement so workers arrive on site with the required workwear, PPE, and hand tools.
Transport and accommodation
When supplying craftsmen from Poland and Central Europe, we can handle housing near the site, company cars, and daily transport.
Payroll, insurance, and collective agreement
We handle contracts, wages, pension, holiday pay, and statutory insurance. Danish collective agreements (overenskomst) are our fixed foundation.
About MM Bemanding – trust, fairness, and direct contact
MM Bemanding was founded with a clear goal: making it easier for Danish construction, civil engineering, and industrial companies to find qualified tradespeople who deliver solid workmanship.
We know staffing needs can shift quickly during a project. That is why we focus on personal contact, clear agreements, and close follow-up. With us, you are never passed between changing departments—you have one fixed contact person.
Trust and fairness are the foundation of our work. Both our clients and our workers must feel secure, heard, and treated properly on every single assignment.
Frequently asked questions
How is your pricing structured?
We always prepare a non-binding offer tailored to your task. The rate depends on trade group, duration, and which practical elements you want included—such as workwear, tools, car, transport, and accommodation. Collective agreements and all statutory costs are included.
Who provides tools, workwear, and safety boots?
We agree on whatever is easiest for you. Our offer can include workwear, PPE, hand tools, and a company car so the worker is ready from day one.
How quickly can workers start?
Lead time depends on how many people you need and where they are located. A single specialist already in Denmark can often start at very short notice. For a larger crew travelling from Poland with accommodation arranged, we agree on a realistic schedule upfront.
What happens if a worker does not match the job?
All workers are screened beforehand. If you ever find that someone does not match the task or expectations, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
Do you handle housing and transport for international craftsmen?
Yes, we can manage all practical logistics including accommodation close to the work site, company cars, daily commuting, and required Danish registrations.
Where in Denmark do you supply personnel?
We supply workforce across all regions of Denmark as well as cross-border projects.
Can you also help with permanent recruitment?
Yes. In addition to temporary staffing, we help recruit skilled tradespeople and specialists for permanent positions in your company.
